Work Pattern: 37 hours per week, (Mon- Fri)
PAYE Pay Rate: £28.79 per hour
Main Purpose
Lead and manage major regeneration, development and capital programmed, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with Council objectives.
Typical Day
- Manage regeneration and capital projects.
- Monitor budgets, funding and project performance.
- Develop business cases and funding applications.
- Meet with Welsh Government, developers, consultants and Council teams.
- Resolve project risks and issues.
- Report progress to senior management and elected Members.
- Visit project sites when required.

Essential Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Regeneration, Surveying, Planning, Construction, Project Management or related subject.
- Significant experience delivering complex regeneration/capital programmed.
- Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
- Strong financial and programmed management skills.
- Local government, housing, development or construction experience.
- Current driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to speak Welsh.
