PAYE Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Main Purpose of the Role

To provide effective administrative support across YPO’s company car scheme, Business Services and Committee Services, ensuring accurate records, timely processing and a high standard of customer service.

Typical Day

  • Administer company and lease vehicles, including records, insurance, servicing and compliance.
  • Process vehicle orders and maintain accurate fleet documentation.
  • Deal with vehicle accidents, driver training and related queries.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and stakeholders.
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain administrative records.
  • Support meetings, committee administration and Senior Leadership Team diaries.
  • Liaise with suppliers, internal teams, officers and elected members.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure actions are completed on time.
  • Identify and support improvements to administrative processes.

Key Duties

  • Manage day-to-day administration of the company car and lease vehicle scheme.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle, insurance and compliance records.
  • Coordinate servicing, repairs, training and accident-related administration.
  • Provide general Business Services administrative support.
  • Arrange travel, meetings and associated requirements.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain financial/admin records.
  • Support Committee Services with meeting and documentation requirements.
  • Assist with Senior Leadership Team diary management.
  • Respond to queries from colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior managers where appropriate.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes.
