Work Pattern: 37.5 per week

PAYE Pay Rate: £14.13 per hour

Main Purpose of the Role

To provide a professional reception, customer service and general administrative support to visitors, customers and staff, including telephone enquiries, records, correspondence and routine office duties.

Typical Day

  • Welcome and assist visitors and answer telephone enquiries.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Complete filing, photocopying, emailing and routine forms.
  • Update manual and computerised records.
  • Type and prepare routine documents.
  • Sort and distribute post.
  • Arrange meetings, rooms and travel where required.
  • Maintain office stationery and supplies.
  • Provide cover for colleagues when required.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs Grade A–C or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification/experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in an administrative, clerical or finance environment.
  • Very good IT, numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Welsh language skills – Level 4 (essential).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work constructively within a team.
  • Successful candidates will also need to complete standard recruitment checks, including 2 satisfactory references covering 3 years and Right to Work verification
