OR21729 – Director, Community Safety and Integrated Enforcement

Role overview:

• Seeking a highly skilled and experienced  interim director to manage community safety, integrated enforcement, and regulatory services.
• Significant experience in building and integrating enforcement models.
• Work closely with the Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and Leisure to review and improve the community safety officers’ effectiveness.
•  Ensuring officers have the right training and powers to effectively deliver the role.
• Lead a comprehensive review of community safety officers, focusing on increasing their enforcement activity.

Length of assignment is initially 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension (in line with permanent recruitment.)
