PAYE: £240.00 per day
Deadline – 24 Feb 2026
- Promotes positive educational outcomes and engagement for pupils, particularly:
- Young people in Year 12 and 13 who are NEET
- Children and young people with SEND
- Pupils with wider vulnerabilities
- Reports to the Inclusion Lead and manages information across corporate systems.
- Records and tracks pupil progress, attendance, and engagement data.
- Works directly with teachers and educational settings to:
- Support transitions
- Encourage good attendance
- Strengthen pupil engagement
- Collaborates with locality teams and education providers to develop and deliver tailored intervention plans.
- Supports pupils’ academic, social, and emotional needs through targeted interventions.
- Acts as a decision-maker regarding funding allocation in specific contexts.
- Liaises with professionals and family members to:
- Facilitate participation
- Overcome barriers to learning
- Ensure support plans are effectively implemented
- Adheres to policies and procedures relating to:
- Health and Safety
- Child Protection
- Equality and Diversity
- Prepares pupils for successful learning in mainstream and specialist environments.
- Ensures pupils are aware of available educational and vocational opportunities.
