Job Purpose:
Provide key administrative support to Children’s Services, ensuring efficient operations, financial management, and compliance with policies while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admin support, including minute-taking and scheduling

  • Financial record keeping and procurement support

  • Data management and reporting

  • Assist with recruitment and staff training

  • Organize events and ensure compliance with procedures

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong admin, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with financial records and procurement

  • Ability to handle sensitive information

  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
