About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adult Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to adults facing a range of challenges, including mental health, disability, and safeguarding issues. You will work closely with service users, families, and other professionals to ensure individuals receive the care and resources they need to live independently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of service users’ needs and risks.
- Develop and implement care plans, providing appropriate support and interventions.
- Advocate for service users and ensure their rights are upheld.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed to protect vulnerable adults.
- Maintain accurate records and case notes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
- Registration with [insert regulatory body, e.g., Social Work England].
- Previous experience in adult social work (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy and the ability to work under pressure.
