We are looking for a reliable and organised Business Support Assistant to join our Children’s Services team. You will play a key role in supporting social work teams by providing high-quality administrative, financial, and data support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing correspondence, records, and general administrative tasks
- Maintaining and updating databases and case management systems
- Organising meetings, diary management, and minute taking
- Acting as a first point of contact, handling calls and enquiries
- Supporting financial processes including invoices and petty cash
About you:
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Experience in an administrative role (desirable)
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
5 WEEKS OF OFFICE TRAINING THEN A HYBRID ROLE.
