Paid Search Manager

Job Details

1. Job Purpose
There are 2 aspects to the role:

Manage all Paid Search campaigns for Carrington Blake Group companies
Manage all Paid Search campaigns for Coretium Media’s clients

You must ensure that we meet client delivery expectations by producing the required leads agreed at the start of the campaign. You should design lead generation strategies with agreed timescales and budgets.


2. Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards

Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels
Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimise them
Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions
Writing engaging copy for adverts
Making creative suggestions for advert templates
Account management of clients
Relationship building and business development
Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns
Presenting data and reports to a range of audiences
Understand the services of all clients
Understand the competitors of all clients
Understand the customers of the clients:

  • Who are they?
  • Why do they need the services?
  • What are their motivations or concerns?
  • Where are they…what channel can we use to find them?
  • Why would they buy their services from us?

Develop a PPC campaign for each company covering Target Market, Keywords, Adverts, Creation/Updating of Landing Page/Content
Produce a job plan for each internal client that ensures that the work being done is within
the budget and timeframes
The strategy should address the sales goals of each division in terms of leads
Produce weekly reports on KPIs that relate to the performance of the strategy
Produce a Weekly Planner
Track your actual time spent per internal client per strategy using Timesheet software
Analyze timesheets daily & make changes where necessary.
Review Opportunity pipeline weekly to ensure that we are working on all leads
Devise comprehensive, effective strategies for leads & help Coretium to convert these into profitable sales
Organize cost effective PPC campaigns that produce high quality, qualified leads
Ensure that all client work is delivered on time and is accurate
Continually think of new ways to effectively market the business to internal and external clients
Devise reports that help the clients understand how the strategy we have recommended is
In client review meetings recommend any changes where necessary & attempt to up sell
additional services

You’ll need to have:

Experience using tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Linked In, Bing
Good understanding of how PPC fits in to the wider area of digital marketing
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
Strong analytical skills
Good level of mathematical ability

Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies
Creative writing skills
Ability to present information effectively to a range of audiences
Strong relationship-building skills
Excellent communication skills

Salary is dependent on experience.
