Derby City Council are looking for someone to fill their plasterer role.
The Purpose of this Job:
To undertake plastering repairs, maintenance, and renovations; other skilled maintenance operations and to support other trade staff in the effective completion of repairs, maintenance and other building operations to property and buildings managed by Derby Homes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To undertake all plastering repairs, maintenance and renovations identified within the housing stock, schools and public buildings. To carry out new plaster works to both internal and external surfaces.To remove and apply ceramic tiles to kitchens and bathroom. To remove and apply ceramic tiles to kitchens and bathroom. To lay and / or repair kitchen and bathroom flooring. By using your own initiative, resolve were practical any minor or routine technical difficulties on site, liaising with your management as required. To maintain vehicle stock levels at optimum level so that service efficiency is achieved.
This role consists of 37 hrs a week with an hourly pay rate of £17.94 Umbrella
