Job Title: Maintenance Plumber (Council Housing)
We are recruiting for an experienced Plumber to carry out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work and general repairs on council housing properties in the Redditch area (B98 7SN).
Duties:
- Carry out 1st fix plumbing (pipework installation, system prep)
- Complete 2nd fix plumbing (fitting bathrooms, kitchens, fixtures)
- Respond to plumbing repairs in occupied and void council properties
- Diagnose and fix issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty fittings
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with regulations
Details:
- Location: Redditch, B98 7SN
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
- Pay: £16.62 PAYE
Requirements:
- Qualified or time-served plumber
- Experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
- Previous experience in maintenance or housing repairs preferred
- Full UK driving licence (if required for van use)
