Job Details

Programme Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Resident Experience Programme Leadership team, assisting in the successful execution of both programme phases.

PMO Setup: Establish a robust and efficient Project Management Office, implementing relevant frameworks, processes, and tools to support programme planning, delivery, and budget management.

Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with programme goals.

Budget Management: Monitor and track programme expenditure, assisting in budget allocation and forecasting, and identifying any potential risks or discrepancies.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and risk registers, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the programme.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates, facilitating effective communication, and addressing any queries or concerns.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify and assess project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalation procedures as necessary.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of programme management practices, sharing best practices and lessons learned, and actively seeking opportunities to optimize processes and outcomes.
