About the Role:

We are seeking a Locum Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Adult Social Services. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex needs, helping them maintain independence and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of service users, providing assessments and developing care plans.

• Collaborate with Social Workers, Physiotherapists, and other professionals to deliver coordinated care.

• Ensure service users’ needs are met while promoting independence and choice.

• Maintain accurate case records and manage financial resources appropriately.

• Stay up-to-date with professional standards and undertake required training.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).

• Post-qualifying experience in adult social care or health settings.

• HCPC registration.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and relevant legislation.
