1. Property Maintenance:

  • General Cleaning: Ensuring the property is clean and presentable, including hallways, staircases, offices, or common areas.

  • Repairs and Upkeep: Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., fixing leaky taps, light bulbs, or damaged furniture).

  • Gardening and Groundskeeping: Maintaining outdoor areas, including lawn care, gardening, and clearing paths or walkways.

2. Health and Safety:

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring the property meets safety standards, conducting routine checks for hazards (e.g., fire alarms, emergency lighting).

  • Cleaning of Hazardous Areas: Ensuring areas prone to dirt or health risks are regularly cleaned (e.g., bathrooms, kitchens, or communal areas).

3. Security:

  • Opening and Closing Premises: Ensuring the property is securely locked at the end of the day or when not in use.

  • Surveillance: Monitoring security systems and surveillance cameras, reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches.

  • Emergency Response: Being available to respond to emergencies (e.g., plumbing leaks, power outages, break-ins) when needed.

4. General Administration:

  • Liaison with Contractors: Coordinating with external contractors for larger repair or maintenance jobs (e.g., electrical or plumbing services).
