Job Title: Project Management Office Administrator – Estates and Campus Services
Purpose:
Provide administrative support to the PMO, acting as the main contact for stakeholders and assisting Project Managers with project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily PMO operations and manage project requests.
- Develop and maintain systems to support project delivery (RIBA Stages 0-7).
- Track and report on project progress, cost, and risk.
- Organize Estates Programme and Project Board meetings.
- Manage project documentation and financial admin (orders, invoices).
- Collaborate with Procurement for supplier and contractor engagement.
- Provide support for corporate events and professional development.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in project management (preferably construction).
- Basic project management knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Desirable:
- Advanced project management knowledge (APM PMQ, IOSH Managing Safely).
- Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work stages.
Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English.
- APM PFQ (or commitment to gain).
- IOSH Working Safely (or equivalent).
