Job Details

Job Title: Project Management Office Administrator – Estates and Campus Services

Purpose:
Provide administrative support to the PMO, acting as the main contact for stakeholders and assisting Project Managers with project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily PMO operations and manage project requests.
  • Develop and maintain systems to support project delivery (RIBA Stages 0-7).
  • Track and report on project progress, cost, and risk.
  • Organize Estates Programme and Project Board meetings.
  • Manage project documentation and financial admin (orders, invoices).
  • Collaborate with Procurement for supplier and contractor engagement.
  • Provide support for corporate events and professional development.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in project management (preferably construction).
  • Basic project management knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Desirable:

  • Advanced project management knowledge (APM PMQ, IOSH Managing Safely).
  • Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work stages.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • APM PFQ (or commitment to gain).
  • IOSH Working Safely (or equivalent).
