Job Title: Driver (SEN & Adult Social Care Transport)
We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Driver to join our team, supporting SEN Home to School Transport and Adult Social Care Transport services. This is a rewarding role where you will play a key part in ensuring vulnerable children and adults travel safely, comfortably, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to and from school
- Provide transport for adults accessing social care services
- Ensure passenger safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times
- Follow planned routes and schedules efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
- Build positive and professional relationships with passengers, carers, and staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Experience driving in a professional or care-related setting (desirable)
- A patient, caring, and responsible attitude
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow safeguarding procedures
