Project Manager – Social Housing (Capital Works)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of capital works projects across our housing portfolio, including roof replacements, structural repairs, and kitchen and bathroom upgrades.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based at Harvey Road, with regular travel to sites. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Lead and coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and budgets, implementing solutions where required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and the Decent Homes Standard
  • Engage with tenants and stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular updates

About You

  • Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally within social housing or capital programmes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and contractor performance
  • Knowledge of contract management (e.g. JCT/NEC) and regulatory compliance

  • Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working (office and site visits)
