From supporting meetings and managing records to handling enquiries and maintaining systems, your work will make a real difference in delivering effective services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing professional and friendly support to customers and colleagues
- Supporting meetings, including note-taking and distributing information
- Managing administrative systems and maintaining accurate records
- Handling enquiries, processing information, and supporting financial processes
- Monitoring stock and placing orders when needed
- Ensuring data is handled securely and in line with data protection requirements
- Working as part of a team to ensure consistent and reliable support across services
