Repairs and Investment – Housing are looking for a Technical Administration Officer to work in our Damp team to support a range of functions and managers in ensuring that the services runs smoothly and that our residents receive a seamless access to service that exceeds their expectations. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join us as a technical administration officer. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who enjoys handling a variety of tasks and interacting with a large number of internal and external customers and partners. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative duties, be proficient in email communication, excel and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, experience in repairs or housing is preferred.
