Main Purpose of the Role

To coordinate and manage daily workloads for trades colleagues and contractors, ensuring repairs appointments are scheduled efficiently, resources are used effectively, and customers receive a high-quality service. The role involves maintaining accurate records, managing systems, resolving scheduling issues, and supporting the achievement of service targets.

Essential Experience

  • Experience coordinating appointments, diaries, or workloads for large teams
  • Administration experience, including maintaining accurate records
  • Experience working in a busy, target-driven environment
  • Experience communicating with customers, tenants, contractors, or members of the public
  • Experience using computerized systems to record and manage information
  • Experience working to deadlines and performance targets

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within housing, repairs, maintenance, or a similar service environment
  • Understanding of delivering services within a diverse community
  • Experience managing resources with a focus on efficiency and value for money
  • Experience using both manual and electronic diary systems
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, or equivalent experience

Job Overview

Client – Nottingham City Council

Location  – Harvey Road, NG8 3BB (opportunity for hybrid working after training )

Work Pattern – 37 hours weekly – 8am till 4pm

PAYE Pay Rate – £13.90
