📍 Location: Northamptonshire Partnership Homes, Westbridge Depot, 9–13 St James Mill Road, Northampton, NN5 5JW
💷 Rate: £16.23–£18.35 per hour, depending on experience
🕐 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (30-minute break)
🚗 Area: Mainly Northampton, with very few properties outside the area
📋 DBS: Basic DBS check required
⏰ Out of Hours: No out-of-hours rota
About the Role
Northamptonshire Partnership Homes is looking for an experienced Multi Task Plumber to join its Repairs team.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality plumbing repairs in occupied social housing properties, while also using your wider multi-skilled trade experience to complete a range of other repairs.
🔨 Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Deliver excellent workmanship and a high standard of customer service
- Undertake multi-skilled repairs across other trade areas
- Work professionally and respectfully within residents’ homes
- Represent Northamptonshire Partnership Homes positively when dealing with customers
👷 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Plumber
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Demonstrable multi-skilled trade experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good IT skills, including experience using PDA/mobile technology
- A commitment to delivering high-quality repairs and supporting NPH’s objectives
- Full UK driving licence – required as a company vehicle will be provided
