Carringtonblake are looking for an Sales Manager to Manage a team of 5 Customer Service Advisors Lead Generation.

 

  • Responsible for the performance of the team and team members to achieve goals.
  • Responsible for identifying any issues within the business and proposing viable
    solutions to management.
  • Responsible for mentoring and coaching newly trained staff and onwards to achieve
    performance expectations.
  • Responsible for identifying under-performers and providing intensive coaching to help them achieve the expected levels of performance. Motivate team members through daily feedback on performance, along with any bonus incentives that are run from time-to-time.
  • Undertake performance reviews for the individual team members on a
    monthly/quarterly/yearly basis as specified by the Business.
  • Assist with recruitment, induction and ongoing training, identifying needs and finding solutions.
  • Special Projects.
  • Ability to deputise, as necessary, during absence.
  • Attendance at meetings, as and when required.
  • Managing Contact Centre workforce such as training, development and hr issues such as: sickness and lateness
  • Any other miscellaneous duties as may be reasonably requested.

This role is in office five days a week
