The role
The Site Manager will be required to look after the general health and safety on site as well as the day-to-day operations.
He will be the main point of contract between the project lead which will be based in our office in London and works on site.
He is expected to manage RAMS and sub-contractors on site. There will only be 2 sub-contractors on site , the scaffolding and the gang installing the cladding. We do not anticipate more than 5 men to be on site at a time.
The anticipated start date for the project is 15th June 2023 and the anticipated completion is 30th August 2023.
The candidate needs to have some cladding experience (ideally recladding).
If the person is willing to work in London after this project, we are happy to keep and assign him to any of other projects.
