Job Details

Purpose of the Role:

Provide a high quality and effective social work service to respond to the needs of vulnerable children and their families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines. Work in partnership with families using the Family Safeguarding model, taking a strengths-based approach to assess need, plan and deliver focused interventions to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes. Build meaningful working relationships with children and young people that enable their voice to be heard and their lived experience to be understood. Work with multi-agency colleagues and partners to ensure holistic engagement with children and their families.

Response to needs, Partnership Working, Professional Development, Professional Values, Behaviours and Standards, To be an ambassador for the social work profession both internally and externally

37 hours a week, Qualifications Needed are “Recognised professional Social Work qualification, Knowledge of key children’s agencies”

£42 per hour Umbrella
