Vale of glamorgan council require someone who is a committed and able manager, within the Intake Team with the relevant experience and skills to oversee safeguarding decision making at the front door together with the effective operation of a duty and assessment service. To be successful, you will know what good practice looks like and be experienced in delivering excellent outcomes for children, young people and their families.
You will be able to manage risk confidently and promote strong partnerships across a range of multi-agency partners.
A commitment to relationship based practice will be essential both in supporting the operational team and promoting relationships with those we support in our community.
