Role Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled Roof Repair Technician to join our Responsive Repairs team. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs on both flat and pitch roofs, ensuring safety, functionality, and customer satisfaction. This role is key in maintaining properties and providing essential services to tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out flat and pitch roof repairs, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards.
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inspect roof conditions to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and materials used.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations during repairs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in roof repairs, with knowledge of flat and pitch roofing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
