About the role:
As a SEND Keyworker, you will act as a key point of contact for families, schools, and professionals, coordinating multi-agency support and leading the EHCP process from assessment through to review. You will work closely with children, young people, and their families to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating EHCP assessments and reviews
- Working with schools, health, and social care professionals
- Supporting families through SEND processes and decisions
- Leading multi-agency meetings and promoting co-production
- Monitoring progress and ensuring positive outcomes for children and young people
What we’re looking for:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. education, social work, health)
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND
- Strong communication, organisation, and partnership-working skills
- A good understanding of SEND legislation and processes
- A commitment to inclusive practice and improving outcomes
