Financial and Legal –
To research, challenge building costs, building condition and interpret service charge bills/loans in preparation of assignment packs. To respond to complex correspondence explaining legislation and financial information within strict timescales.
Assess service charge loan applications within financial regulations and provide information and assistance to the client.
Prepare RTB legal notices that are financially binding on the council. Prepare and issue post RTB sale legal notices that have financial or legal implications on the council.
