Camden Council are looking for a Non-Residential Caretaker with a minimum of six months or more experience. Must understand health and safety, and the use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH). Ability to work on own initiatives an advantage.
To provide a flexible, responsive, high quality caretaking service to estates including: cleaning and maintaining estates to a high standard and ensuring the wellbeing and needs of the residents on estates are met within the Council’s policies and procedures. To fully participate in cover arrangements within the caretaking team to ensure proper accessibility to services for tenants and to provide mutual support for priority tasks, e.g. seasonal work, racist graffiti and emergency situations. To monitor contractors working on site, carrying out quality control checks and report any deficiencies in the services provided. To maintain a prompt, courteous and helpful response when dealing with, or initiating contact with, service users, their representatives or outside agencies.
Role consists of 35 hours
£15.98 per hour Umbrella
